Description:
TZJL pumps are vertical type, the product is fixed above the slurry pool by the mounting plate, only the pump head is dipped in the slurry liquid, bearing and supporting parts are all above the pool, and the shaft seal is not necessary.
The length in the liquid can be adjusted at a certain range based on the actual situation, the maximum length can reach 3 meters in liquid.
High chromium alloy is applied to Pump head, casing, impeller and cover, the impeller adopts the semi-open type, which has of wear resistance and corrosion resistance and better grain through ability. The stirring device is equipped at the front end of the pump head for the dense liquid applications”.

The profile of their wet parts (impeller, volute and guard plate) is designed by Tsinghua University based on his Hydraulic theory of Solid-Liquid Mixture Flow with features of higher efficiency and more suitable for FGD Absorbing Tower slurry circulating and transporting. The wet parts are made by cast alloy that is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, long service life and reliable”

3H series three-lobe roots type blower is a new blower with advanced technology and developed based on producing experience.A new kind of 3 lobe profile rotor is applied in the blower for high efficiency and energy saving.
Many patent technologies such as “noise reducing of inlet position for multiblades type rotor pump” are utilized for blowcasing. So 3H series three-lobes Root type blower is excellent equipment with good performance especially in high efficiency ,high pressure and low noise.
